One Fulfillment by Allegro: logistics in the platform’s hands

Daniel Pawłowski · Amazonway · · 8 min read

One Fulfillment by Allegro is a service in which the platform takes over storage, picking, packing and dispatch of your orders, and also answers buyers’ questions about fulfilment. Entry requires the status of an active VAT taxpayer in Poland and company data matching the Polish white list, not a minimum turnover. You pay a basic fee for every item dispatched, based on the product’s volume, plus storage after the first 30 days, plus additional fees and the cost of delivery to the buyer. In this chapter of the guide to selling on Allegro we show what the whole process looks like and which assortment the service adds to and which it eats into.

As of 31 July 2026. The rules and rates come from Allegro’s Help for sellers, with the source given next to each claim. The service price list changes independently of the terms, so confirm the amounts in the current price list and in the One Fulfillment panel before you decide.

What Allegro takes on

The scope is wider than storage alone, and that is the essence of the difference from renting a warehouse (Help for sellers, what One Fulfillment is):

  • Storage of products in the Allegro warehouse.
  • Picking and packing of orders, in packaging made from recycled materials.
  • Arranging delivery in Poland and abroad, with no separate carrier contracts to sign.
  • Handling buyers’ questions about order fulfilment, seven days a week.
  • A live view of stock levels.

What stays outside the service is everything that happens before the warehouse and around the offer: buying the goods, product data, pricing, advertising and assortment policy. The offer is still yours and still competes on exactly the same terms as any other.

Entry requirements and the condition you have to keep

The formal conditions are short and concern taxes rather than sales scale (Help for sellers, conditions for using the service):

  • Active VAT taxpayer in Poland.
  • Tax number visible on the white list of VAT taxpayers.
  • Company address in the account settings matching the address on the white list.

The control regime matters here: Allegro checks these conditions not only before you start but every day. A negative check does not stop sales immediately, but it blocks the creation of new delivery notes, meaning the warehouse stops accepting your goods. You have 45 days to sort the matter out; after that Allegro closes the offers served by One Fulfillment and the products have to be withdrawn from the warehouse or disposed of at your own cost.

Rule of thumb

A change of registered address or a break in VAT status is an operational risk in this model, not a formality. If you are planning registry changes, make them outside the season, because a blocked delivery note in November means no stock replenishment at the worst possible moment.

Which products the warehouse will accept

Allegro publishes hard qualification criteria. A product has to be factory-new, in original sealed packaging, linked to the product catalogue, carry a valid EAN code from a legal source, and be suitable for storage at room temperature. Goods with a best-before date need at least 120 days from acceptance (Help for sellers, which products we handle).

CriterionLimit for a single item including packaging
Dimensions650 x 600 x 460 mm (products stored upright: up to 400 mm)
Actual weight28 kg
Volume179.4 litres (0.1794 m³)
Best-before dateat least 120 days from acceptance into the warehouse

Outside the service are, among others, personalised and made-to-order products, content delivered electronically, over-the-counter medicines for people and animals, alcohol, tobacco products and e-cigarettes, and goods marked with hazard pictograms. The exception is products with the GHS07 pictogram, such as some household chemicals, provided there are no other markings of that kind on the packaging.

The requirement to link to the product catalogue means the data has to be put in order before the goods are shipped, not after. How to do that is described in the chapter on listing offers and linking them to the catalogue.

Not every assortment gets into the Allegro warehouse

Dimensions, packaging requirements and excluded categories decide which SKUs even qualify for One Fulfillment. Checking what qualifies and what stays on your own shipping is part of choosing the logistics model.

How the process works

Accepting goods

A delivery to the warehouse starts with a delivery note, valid for 90 days from generation. Once the goods arrive, the warehouse has 5 calendar days to accept them. You download labels in PDF or ZPL format, and you can deliver goods on disposable or returnable pallets (EPAL, CHEP, LPR). Discrepancies between the note and the delivery go into a CSV report; you file a claim within 14 days of the note being closed, and Allegro pays compensation at the full net value within 45 days (Help for sellers, how we accept products).

Fulfilling orders

Orders placed and paid for before the cut-off time are dispatched by the warehouse the same day. The times depend on the delivery method: for Allegro One (Point, Box) with next-day delivery it is 20:00 on business days, for the courier option 19:00, and for Allegro One Box with same-day delivery (currently in Warsaw) 12:30 (Help for sellers, how we fulfil orders). If the warehouse cannot complete an order, Allegro cancels it, refunds the buyer and returns your commission.

Returns

A return goes back to the Allegro warehouse, where it is verified against the EAN code and serial numbers. Goods in full condition, meaning new and untouched, go back on sale. A product that has been opened, is damaged or has a best-before date shorter than 60 days is either sent back to you at your cost or disposed of (Help for sellers, how we handle returns in One Fulfillment). The practical consequence: in categories with high return rates, some returns make an extra journey from the warehouse back to you, so the cost of a return is higher than the price-list fee alone.

The fee structure

The cost has three layers and only the first is obvious.

  • A basic fee per item, based on the product’s volume. It covers acceptance into the warehouse, picking, packing and packaging.
  • Additional fees: storage after the first 30 days, return handling, delivery discrepancies, labelling, moving products, withdrawal of goods and disposal.
  • The cost of delivery to the buyer, settled separately under the rules of the chosen delivery method and of the Smart! programme.
Price-list categoryMaximum volumeBasic net fee per item
Type A0.3 litresPLN 2.69
Type B1 litrePLN 4.29
Type C3 litresPLN 5.49
Type D15 litresPLN 7.49
Type E31 litresPLN 8.49
Type F76.8 litresPLN 11.49
Type G1 / G2179.4 litresPLN 17.99 / PLN 24.49

Rates from the One Fulfillment price list, as of 31 July 2026 (Help for sellers, One Fulfillment fees). The difference between type G1 and G2 comes from whose packaging is used: G1 is your own, G2 is Allegro’s. Amounts stay in PLN, because the service settles in zloty on the Polish market.

The second layer is the more interesting one. Storage for the first 30 days is free, and after that the rate per cubic metre per day rises in steps across successive time brackets, up to a level dozens of times higher than the first paid bracket for goods sitting for more than a year. On top of that come per-item fees for handling a return, withdrawing products from the warehouse and disposal charged by the kilogram.

Practical conclusion

The price list is built so that the service rewards rotation and punishes stock. Before you calculate the basic fee, calculate your stock cover in days. Assortment that clears in under a month effectively pays nothing for storage. Assortment that sits for a quarter pays more for it with every bracket.

These items enter the same calculation as commission and advertising, so count them per unit, not per month. The framework for that calculation is set out in the chapter on Allegro fees and commissions.

The effect on Smart! and on delivery time

The biggest operational benefit of One Fulfillment is on the declared dispatch time: an order placed before the cut-off leaves the warehouse the same day, including on Sundays in some variants. Delivery time is one of the relevance sorting factors, so this change works on more than customer satisfaction.

The service does not, however, exempt you from the conditions of Allegro Smart!. The badge still requires an adequate sales quality level on the account and the right delivery methods being made available, and the shipping surcharge still falls on the seller according to the order value threshold. The One Fulfillment basic fee and the delivery cost are two separate items.

There is also an effect you will not find in any price list. If you keep part of your assortment yourself and part in the Allegro warehouse, an order covering products from both sources splits into two parcels, and free delivery in Smart! then applies only if each of them reaches the value threshold separately (Help for sellers, combined orders). In the other direction it works in your favour: orders from several sellers using One Fulfillment can be shipped by the warehouse in a single parcel, with the delivery cost split in proportion to product value.

The mixed model has one more hidden cost: two sources of stock data that have to agree. If you integrate Allegro with your own system, it is worth reading how such an architecture is put together in the piece by our technology brand Seedlight on integrating a store with an ERP.

One Fulfillment, your own shipping and Amazon FBA: different billing logics

If you also sell on Amazon, be careful about carrying habits over. The models look similar only from a distance, because they calculate cost from different variables.

CriterionYour own shippingOne Fulfillment by AllegroAmazon FBA
Basis of the fulfilment feeYour fixed and variable costsItem volume (types A to G)Size and weight (size tiers)
StorageYour warehouseFree for 30 days, then brackets rising with timeMonthly fee per m³, surcharges for long-term stock
Cost of delivery to the customerCarrier contractsA separate item, by method and Smart!Included in the fulfilment fee
ReachDepends on your contractsPoland plus Czechia, Slovakia and HungaryEuropean markets depending on the programme
What raises cost mostVolume spikes and staff shortagesSlow stock rotationBulk, weight and ageing stock

A conclusion drawn from comparing the two logics, not a declaration by either platform: on Amazon what hurts on cost is above all bulk, in One Fulfillment it is how long the goods sit. The same assortment can therefore look completely different in the two models, and there is no way to average that. The full breakdown on the Amazon side is in our article on Amazon FBA fees.

When One Fulfillment makes sense and when it does not

A short list to hold against your own assortment.

  • It makes sense when stock rotates in under 30 days, the products fit within the limits, and your own shipping cannot keep up in season or ties up people needed elsewhere.
  • It makes sense when you want to share offers on allegro.cz and allegro.sk without building separate logistics; the conditions for that step are described in the chapter on expanding to Czechia and Slovakia.
  • It does not make sense for a slow-rotating long tail, because the storage brackets will eat the margin before the goods sell.
  • It does not make sense for personalised assortment, for goods excluded from the service, or for anything that needs inspection before dispatch.
  • Worth testing on part of the assortment if you are not sure. The mixed model is allowed, but remember the cost of two parcels in one basket.

The decision is best made on numbers: stock cover in days, the share of multi-item orders and the real cost of packing a parcel yourself. If you want to see how we run that comparison on a client account, look at the scope of Allegro sales management and marketplace account management. We do not promise savings from the move to One Fulfillment alone, because the outcome depends on rotation, dimensions and order structure.

FAQ: One Fulfillment by Allegro

How much does One Fulfillment by Allegro cost?

You pay a basic fee per item, based on the product’s volume (from type A to type G), plus additional fees including storage after the first 30 days, return handling, withdrawal of goods and disposal. The cost of delivery to the buyer is settled separately. Current rates are in the service price list.

Does One Fulfillment require a minimum turnover?

Allegro does not set a turnover threshold. The conditions concern taxes: you have to be an active VAT taxpayer in Poland, have your tax number on the white list and a company address matching that register. Compliance is checked daily.

Do offers from the Allegro warehouse get the Smart! badge?

They can, but the service does not grant the badge automatically. The programme conditions still apply, including the sales quality level on the account and making the right delivery methods available. The Smart! shipping surcharge remains on the seller’s side and is independent of the One Fulfillment basic fee.

What happens to returns in One Fulfillment?

The return goes to the Allegro warehouse and is verified. Goods in full condition go back on sale, while anything opened, damaged or with a best-before date under 60 days is either sent back to the seller at their cost or disposed of. A per-item fee is charged for handling the return.

Can I keep some products with me and some in the Allegro warehouse?

Yes, the mixed model is possible and is often a good way to test the service. Bear in mind that when a buyer orders products from both sources, two parcels are created, and free delivery in Smart! applies only if each of them reaches the minimum value.

Can I sell on allegro.cz and allegro.sk through One Fulfillment?

Yes, the service covers delivery methods to foreign markets, including Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary. What remains are the obligations outside logistics: full account verification, offer translation and tax settlement in the destination country.

Calculate before you move the warehouse

Moving to platform fulfilment changes the structure of your costs, not just where the goods sit. Before you send the first pallet, it is worth comparing the cost of packing a parcel yourself with the basic fee and your real rotation, SKU by SKU.
