    We choose platforms and markets in order of the highest return. We set the pricing strategy, logistics, scope of cooperation and the billing model. You know exactly what we do, in what order, and for how much.

    Launch

    Sales go live in 2–4 weeks

    Accounts, listings, product feeds and launch campaigns. We take the paperwork (VAT, OSS, EPR) on ourselves. The first orders are not the end of onboarding, they are its test.

    Momentum

    Repeatable growth, full visibility

    Day-to-day operations: listing optimization, PPC, pricing and the Buy Box, incident handling. We report results continuously, not once a quarter. Billing: a retainer plus a success fee, so we earn when you do.

    New platforms and countries follow a proven route. We automate repeatable processes, and where custom tools or an eCommerce platform are needed, our technology brand Seedlight steps in with the BEAM framework.

How long does it take to start?

We implement the core processes within 2–4 weeks of approving the strategy: listing structures, product feeds, launch campaigns and reporting.

How is the cooperation billed?

Usually in a mixed model: a fixed retainer for managing accounts and campaigns plus a success fee on generated sales. For smaller projects we offer one-off starter packages.

Do I have to go through the whole process from WP 01?

No. If you already have working accounts, we start with an audit (WP 01), but we can enter directly at Momentum (WP 04) and take over daily operations.

How is WAYPOINT different from BEAM?

WAYPOINT runs your marketplace sales. BEAM is the framework of our Seedlight brand for building eCommerce platforms and AI tools. They complement each other: when you need your own technology at WP 05, you move smoothly into BEAM.
