Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 July 2026
This policy explains what data we collect on amazonway.eu, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have. The full text is on the left; the plain-language version is right beside it.
1. Who the data controller is
The controller of your personal data is AMAZONWAY, based at Galeria Grafitt, ul. Boh. Westerplatte 24, 65-034 Zielona Góra, Poland (VAT ID 9291689990, REGON 387185330).
For any data matters, contact us by email at info@amazonway.eu or by phone at +48 739 973 973.
2. What data we collect
We collect only what you give us or what the site needs to work:
- Contact form: name, email, optionally phone, company, subject and message.
- Ebook form and newsletter: email address (and first name, if provided).
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit — in server logs and (with your consent) via analytics tools.
We do not collect special-category data and we do not profile you in ways that produce legal effects.
3. Why, and the legal basis
We process data for the following purposes and on the following bases (GDPR, Art. 6(1)):
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote — basis: pre-contract steps and our legitimate interest (b and f).
- Sending the ebook / newsletter — basis: your consent (a), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Analytics and statistics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) — basis: your consent given in the cookie banner (a).
- Security and site operation (logs, abuse prevention) — basis: our legitimate interest (f).
5. Who we share data with
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf (processors), under data-processing agreements:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and delivery (CDN, security).
- Resend (Plunk, Inc.) — sending emails from forms.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4 statistics (with your consent).
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel (with your consent).
- LiveSession sp. z o.o. — session recording and analysis to improve UX (with your consent).
We may also disclose data to bodies authorised by law.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers (e.g. Google, Meta, Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. This relies on safeguards ensuring an adequate level of protection — primarily Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the Data Privacy Framework.
7. How long we keep data
- Form enquiries — for as long as needed to handle the matter, then until any claims are time-barred.
- Newsletter — until you withdraw consent (unsubscribe).
- Analytics data — for the lifetime of the relevant cookies or until you withdraw consent.
- Server logs — for as long as necessary for security.
8. Your rights
Regarding your data, you have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy,
- rectify (correct) it,
- erase it (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal).
To exercise these rights, email info@amazonway.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.
9. Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted connection (HTTPS), limited access to data, trusted providers with proper safeguards. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy (e.g. when laws or tools change). The current version is always here, with the last-updated date at the top. For data matters, email info@amazonway.eu.
