How it works
Why content decides the sale
The platform algorithm does not see your product, it sees text and attributes. If the phrase a customer types is missing from the listing, the offer does not exist in the results, however good the product. So we start with keyword research: data from platform search, campaigns and competitors, not intuition.
The other half of the job is conversion. A marketplace customer decides within seconds based on the main image, the price and the first lines of content. Bullets written against objections (size, compatibility, material, warranty) and infographics answering questions before they are asked can lift conversion by tens of percent.
On foreign markets localization comes on top: 1:1 translation does not work, because a German shopper searches with different phrases than a Pole. We localize content with per-market keyword research, not through a translator.

How will I know the optimization works?
Through three metrics: rankings for key phrases, conversion rate (unit session percentage on Amazon) and organic sales. We report all three before and after, so the effect shows in numbers, not declarations.
How fast are the results visible?
Indexing new keywords takes days, ranking shifts 2–6 weeks. Conversion reacts fastest: an improved main image or bullets can show within the first week.
Do you write content per platform or copy it across?
Per platform. Each marketplace has its own algorithm, fields and best practices; Kaufland rewards different signals than Amazon. We never copy content 1:1 between platforms.
How much does listing optimization cost?
Priced per SKU with volume discounts; localization to additional markets is quoted separately. For larger catalogues we automate part of the work with AI tools, which lowers the unit cost without losing quality.
I have hundreds of SKUs. Can this be done in reasonable time?
Yes, we work at catalogue level: content templates per product line, automated attribute mapping and variant generation with human quality control. Large catalogues are our daily bread, also in migrations and feeds.
