Paperwork
Seller account registration without weeks of delays
Seller verification is a minefield: an inconsistent address, a badly translated document or a missed beneficial owner and the process starts over. We run the registration end to end, from document preparation to the first payout: on Amazon, Kaufland, eBay, eMAG and the rest. You provide the documents, we guard everything else.

- account active in 1–3 weeks
- Scope

How it works
Why registration is not a form
Platforms verify sellers ever more strictly: Amazon checks registry documents, identity, bank account, address and ownership structure, often with video verification. The smallest inconsistency between documents (a typo in the name, an outdated address in the registry) means rejection and more weeks of waiting.
What is more dangerous: failed attempts stay in the history. An account rejected several times, or linked to an earlier abandoned registration, can block a company from the platform for a long time. Registration is done right the first time or not at all.
Beyond verification we configure the account for selling: shipping and returns settings, VAT, invoice templates, category approvals and Brand Registry if you hold a trademark. We finish when the account actually sells, not when it merely "exists".

FAQ
Questions about Account registration
What documents do I need?
Typically: a company registry extract, an ID document of the representative, a bank statement for the business account and a payment card. Companies also provide their ownership structure (beneficial owners). You get the exact per-platform list from us at the start.
How long does verification take?
On Amazon usually 1–3 weeks; Kaufland and eBay are often faster. The timeline depends mostly on document quality, which is why we treat the document review stage most seriously.
Amazon rejected my registration. Can you help?
Yes. We analyse the rejection reason, fix the documents and run the re-attempt. The fewer failed attempts in the history the easier it is, so come after the first rejection rather than the fifth.
Do you register the account in your name or mine?
Always in your company name and your data. The seller account is an asset of your business; we operate on it as an authorised team with limited permissions.
Can I run the account myself after registration?
Of course. Some clients hire us for the launch only and run operations in-house. If you want, we will train your team or take over the account in ongoing management.
