Sales automation
Integrations and automation: many platforms, one system
Selling on several platforms without an integrator means manually rewriting stock, prices and orders, and every slip costs: overselling, cancellations and falling account metrics. We implement and configure integrations (Apilo, our partner, BaseLinker, ERP systems) and build automation on top: pricing rules, automatic invoices, labels and statuses, offer mapping across platforms.

How it works
Why integration is the precondition of scale
Every platform has its own panel, offer format and order cycle. Two channels can be survived manually; at three, stock errors begin, and overselling on Amazon means cancellations that damage account metrics and can end in suspension. An integrator brings everything to one place: stock draws from a shared warehouse, orders flow into one list, prices change once.
The integration itself is the beginning. The real gain sits in the automation built on it: per-channel pricing rules, automatic invoices for foreign orders with the right VAT rates, labels and shipping statuses without clicking, one product mapped to every platform’s format.
When standard automation stops being enough, tailored solutions come in: our technology brand Seedlight builds AI automation, from generating and localizing product content to margin monitoring and reporting, integrated with your stack.

FAQ
Questions about Integrations & automation
Apilo or BaseLinker: which to choose?
Both handle multichannel sales; the differences sit in pricing details, integration with your ERP and support for specific platforms. We are an Apilo partner and know it deepest, but the recommendation always follows an analysis of your channels and processes.
How long does the integrator rollout take?
Typically 2–4 weeks: account configuration, catalogue mapping, stock and price rules, then tests. Cleaning up product data takes the longest; with a tidy catalogue it goes faster.
I have an integrator but still do half the work by hand. Can you help?
A common case: the tool is there, the automation is not configured. We audit the flows, tighten the rules (prices, invoices, statuses, mappings) and leave only decisions in your hands, not clicking.
Do you integrate sales with my ERP?
Yes. Standard connections run through the integrators’ ready-made modules; non-standard ones Seedlight builds against the API. The goal is one flow: order, warehouse, invoice, accounting without manual rewriting.
What do you automate with AI?
Most often content: generating and localizing product descriptions for large catalogues, attribute mapping, replies to customer messages. Plus margin monitoring after all costs, and reporting. These are Seedlight projects, quoted separately after a process analysis.
