The Privacy and Cookies Policy aims to properly inform you about matters related to the processing of personal data. For this reason, this document provides information on the legal bases for processing personal data, the methods of collecting and using it, the rights of data subjects, and a range of other data required by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The Administrator processes personal data within a strictly defined, minimal scope necessary to achieve the purpose(s) for which it was collected.
- Within the operation of the website, the following data is processed:
- website users – in this case, we process your data to the extent resulting from the use of cookies and similar technologies, as well as personal data stored in logs, i.e., your IP address, request URL, domain name, device identifier, browser type;
- individuals contacting us via the contact form - in this case, we process your data to the extent necessary to handle incoming correspondence, i.e., email address, and any other data if included in the correspondence sent to us;
- individuals applying through our website or contacting us due to interest in employment – in this case, we process the data contained in your application and the data contained in the message sent to us using the contact form.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING WEBSITE DATA
- Below we provide information on the possible purposes of processing your data and the legal bases for such processing:
- sharing content collected on the website, related to the services provided and business activities – in this case, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), i.e., informing about offered services/goods to increase recognition and sales;
- using cookies to facilitate your use of the website, as well as for functional, analytical, and statistical purposes (Google Analytics) and marketing purposes (Facebook Pixel) – based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), and in the case of essential cookies, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
- answering your questions - the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting of building positive relationships with individuals who contact us, based on reliability and loyalty. Sometimes, your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) is also the basis;
- conducting recruitment and enabling application submission via the website – in this case, the legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
- establishment, exercise, and defense of claims, which constitutes our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PERIOD
The data retention period by the Data Controller depends on the purpose of processing.
In the case of data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, i.e., pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – data is processed for a period enabling its realization or until an effective objection to data processing is raised.
If processing is based on consent, data is processed until its withdrawal or until the purpose for which it was collected expires. The data processing period may be further extended if processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
We will process the data of applicants for up to 6 months from the end of the recruitment process. If you want your application documents to be considered in a subsequent recruitment process, you must inform us. You can do this by attaching, for example, the consent clause below to your application documents.

USER RIGHTS
- The User has the right to:

- right to restrict processing or object to the processing of personal data - individuals have the right to restrict processing or object to the processing of their personal data at any time, due to their particular situation, unless processing is required by law.
- An individual may object to the processing of their personal data when:
- personal data processing is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by a particular situation in which the individual finds themselves;
- personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling for this purpose.

- Right to request erasure of data and right to data portability - the right to erasure can be exercised, for example, when an individual's data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected by the Data Controller, or when the individual withdraws their consent for data processing by the Data Controller. Furthermore, if an individual objects to the processing of their data or if their data is processed unlawfully. Data should also be erased to comply with a legal obligation. The right to data portability, in turn, applies when the processing of an individual's data is based on their consent or a contract concluded with them, and when such processing is carried out by automated means. - Lodging a complaint - individuals whose personal data is processed by the Data Controller also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the improper processing of their personal data. DATA RECIPIENTS
- In connection with the provision of services, your personal data may be disclosed to external entities. If you are a website user, your data may be disclosed to:
- entities authorized to obtain personal data based on legal provisions;
- entities supporting us in terms of: IT and programming services, hosting services, marketing services, personal data protection services, or other entities supporting the administrator in its operations;
- Google Ireland Ltd., Facebook Ireland Ltd., if you have consented to cookies.
- Google Ireland Ltd. and Facebook Ireland Ltd. may transfer information to third parties if it is compliant with regulations or if third parties process such data on their behalf.
TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
The level of personal data protection outside the European Economic Area (EEA) may differ from that provided by European law. For this reason, the Administrator transfers personal data outside the EEA only to entities that provide adequate guarantees of personal data protection.
We use analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, which are provided by entities that may be based outside the EEA. Due to these tools, your data may be collected and transferred outside the EEA. We inform you that the service providers, Google Ireland Ltd. and Facebook Ireland Ltd., have joined the EU-US Privacy Shield program and confirm compliance with the privacy protection principles set out in the GDPR regarding the collection, use, and storage of personal data. Both entities declare that they ensure a level of protection corresponding to GDPR requirements.
COOKIES, GOOGLE ANALYTICS, "FACEBOOK PIXEL"
- Cookies are small text files installed on the device of a User browsing the website. Cookies collect information that facilitates the use of the website – e.g., by remembering User visits and actions taken by them. The Administrator and other entities providing services on its behalf:
